AI agents that do the work. And show their work.

Fidelent builds and runs AI agents for advisers, broker-dealers, fund managers and family offices. They take on the recurring work your team never had time for. Every judgment call still goes to one of your people.

[01]Eleven p.m.

It's 11 p.m.The firm closed at six.

About 16,500 SEC-registered advisers and 3,200 broker-dealers. Most of them are small. Most of them look like this.

The chief compliance officer is reading flagged emails. The CFO is three tabs deep in a reconciliation that won't tie. Someone in operations is chasing the same signature for the fifth time. And the only record of any of it exists because somebody remembered to save the email.

Nobody here is doing anything wrong. There just aren't enough of them. The firm carries the obligations of a large one, and the work lands on the same few people, after hours.
[02]A short history

Four decades ago,a screen put the marketon every desk.

Before it, the dealer had the price and you took the dealer's word for it. After it, anyone who paid for a seat saw the same numbers at the same moment. The edge stopped being information. It became what you did with it.
Information became a utility. The work never did. A large firm still hires analysts, controllers, compliance reviewers and a chief of staff by the dozen. A firm of thirty can't. So the obligations stay the same, and the people doing them stay few.

The market reached every desk. The staff never did.

[03]What changed

Then, in twelve months, three things changed.

  1. 01

    The regulator wrote the checklist.

In December 2025, FINRA's annual oversight report added its first section on AI agents: what a firm must show about an agent's access, its guardrails, where a person approves, and how every action is logged.

  2. 02

The models became good enough to hold a job.

AI can now stay on one task for hours, read a ledger line by line, and work inside the tools your firm already uses. The hard part stopped being the model. It became the controls around it.

  3. 03

Everyone built for the top of the market.

The agents that raised the big rounds sell to banks, law firms and public companies. The tools for small firms sell one product each. Nobody built the whole staff for a firm of thirty.

So we built it.

[04]Your new staff

One agent familyfor every desk.

Each agent is configured to your written procedures, not a vendor's idea of them. Your people reach it in plain language on the app, Teams, email, WhatsApp or by voice, and every conversation is archived like any other record.
For you, the CEO or principal

The Executive Agent

A chief of staff that knows your whole firm. It prepares your week, drafts in your voice, and follows every thread until it closes.

Where every engagement starts
  • 01Your weekly package: decisions pending, what's late, what changed, what's due in 30 and 90 days
  • 02Every obligation across every entity, on one calendar
  • 03Letters and documents drafted in your voice, waiting for your approval
  • 04A briefing before every meeting
  • 05Answers from your own documents, with the source attached
[05]8:00 a.m.

8:00 a.m.Before anyone logs in.

This is a morning seen from the inside. Agents do the reading and the arithmetic. Anything that needs judgment waits for a named person. Every step lands on a record your examiner can read.

Autonomy grows only when you record the decision, with the accuracy evidence behind it. Nothing in A3, A4 or A5 ever becomes autonomous.
C.01

Its own identity

Every agent has its own login for each legal entity, with the least access the job needs. We test what it can't do, too.

C.02

No standing keys

No agent keeps a password or API key to your systems. Each task gets a credential scoped to one system, and it expires.

C.03

A record that can't be edited

Tool, inputs, model and version, output, approver, timestamp. Append-only, and exportable as your firm's own books and records.

C.04

Your procedures, versioned

Lexicons, schedules, templates and thresholds carry a version, so any result can be re-run against the rules in force that day.

C.05

A box for every agent

Each agent runs in its own isolated environment, wakes on dates, documents and data, and has a spending cap.

C.06

No lock-in to one model

Frontier models under zero-retention terms, open models on your own machines, and plain code wherever a result must be exact.

[06]The test

Before an agent touches your books,it has to pass ours.

We build synthetic records and plant every error ourselves, so the right answer is known before the agent starts. Then it runs in shadow against your own history while your people still do the work. You see the score before it goes live, and every month after.

[07]Where it lives

Your data stayswhere you put it.

Same agents, same controls, three places to run them. Pick the one your records policy already asks for.
T.1Tier

Hosted

Our cloud, with your data kept apart from every other firm's.

Most advisers and family offices. No IT team needed.
T.2Tier

Dedicated cloud

Inside your own Azure, AWS or Google tenant. You hold the keys.

Broker-dealers and funds with institutional investors.
T.3Tier

Private machines

Open models on hardware you own, in your office or data centre. We specify it, buy it and set it up.

Firms whose data can't leave the building.
[08]The first cycle

We don't hand you softwareand leave.

Our engineers sit with your team from the first call. They write your playbook with you, test against your own history, and stay on to run the agents once they're live.
01 · 1–2 weeks

Discovery

We map your entities, systems, procedures and approvers, and pick the first two cycles to hand over.

02 · 1–2 weeks

Playbook

We write your firm's playbook. Your CCO or CFO signs it.

03 · 2–4 weeks

Build & test

We configure the agents and build known-answer tests from your own history.

04 · One full cycle

Shadow mode

The agents run. Your people still do the work. We compare and score every output.

05 · Ongoing

Operate

Autonomy grows only when you record the decision. You get an accuracy and control report every month.

In writing

What we sign
before the first agent runs.

  • No agent moves money, signs a filing, or contacts a client or regulator without a named person's approval.
  • No agent holds a standing password or key to your systems. Access is issued per task, and it expires.
  • Your data never trains a model. Ours or anyone's.
  • Every action is logged. The records are yours, exportable whenever you ask.
  • Every outside contact says it's an AI agent, on archived channels only.
[09]Eleven p.m., again

It's 11 p.m.The office is dark.

The flagged emails were prepared with context at eight. Your CCO cleared them by noon. The reconciliation proposed its own entries, and your controller approved them before lunch. The signature chase ran itself, and every step was written to the record as it happened. Your people went home.

That's what the name means.Fidelity, joined with intelligence.

It starts with your own week. The Executive Agent goes live within weeks, and the rest of the staff follows on the same controls.A conversation with a founder. No deck, no preparation needed.
